While floating in a sensory-deprivation tank, you may feel weightless. That's because the magnesium-saturated water (aka epsom salt),  kept at a temperature that matches your skin, keeps you effortlessly buoyant so you don’t have to worry about staying afloat. With little to touch, taste, smell, hear or feel, you’re wrapped in a cocoon of warmth and silence, with only your thoughts to keep you company.

Floatation Therapy

This unique wellness experience will help you to completely relax your mind and body. A feeling of weightlessness combined with the magnesium-saturated water (aka epsom salt) will allow your mind to rest, and you'll release tension stored in muscles. Herein lies the magic of floating – it puts you in a meditative state to better heal what ails you.

How do I book and purchase a Floatation Therapy Session?

Sessions are available each day from 9am to 5pm.


Please review all Pre-Float guidelines and instructions below BEFORE your scheduled appointment! You'll also need to arrive 15 minutes early!


First Time Floater?  Please be aware you will be here for a full 90 minutes if you book a 60 minute session, and you will be here for a full 120 minutes if you book a 90 minute session.

Pre-Float Instructions

Please review all guidelines and instructions below BEFORE your scheduled appointment! 

We will review additional Pre- and Post-Float Instructions in-person as well so please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.


Pre-Float Instructions and Recommendations:

  • We encourage comfy clothes that are easy to change in and out of.
  • Bring Flip Flops if you can.
  • We highly recommend to float nude, but of course you can float in your bathing suit!
  • Do not shave, wax or tan the day of your float.
  • No contact lenses should be worn during the session, please remove before your float.
  • Eat a light meal before floating (at least 60-90 minutes ahead of time): this may reduce the chances of your belly growling which can cause disruption when you are in the tank.
  • Stay away from caffeine and other stimulants at least 2-3 hours before you float as they may interrupt the relaxation response.
  • No jewelry should be worn during the session, please remove before your float.

Pre-Float Issues and Contraindications:

  • If you recently colored your hair, we ask that you wait to float for at least 72 hours-  this is to prevent ruining your new color and staining our tank!
  • Please reschedule if you are on your menstrual cycle.
  • If you have recently been tatooed, we ask that you wait until after the skin has healed to prevent damaging your artwork.
  • Please reschedule if you have any open cuts or sores.
