How Often Should I Float?

As with any wellness practice or self-care routine, the frequency of your ongoing floats depends on your individual needs and preferences. To get started, we recommend floating every 10 days for a minimum of 3 sessions to gain the full relaxation experience and to determine if it’s a good fit for your wellness and self-care routine.

Although a single Float Therapy session may provide you with a relaxing experience, it is important to remember that there are cumulative benefits, and floating is best practiced through ongoing therapeutic sessions. So, the more you regularly float, the better you will feel. Float Therapy is not a one time miracle, and as you practice, your mind and body will become more familiar and comfortable with the environment in order to build on each session experience. Each time you return to the float tank, you’ll be able to better reach, navigate through, and benefit from deep relaxation.

Starter Float

(1 Float/ 10 Days)

Experiencing a Float Therapy session once every ten days will help you determine your ongoing needs and gain a full relaxation experience.

  • Recommended for first-timers to determine their float frequency needs
  • Helps you to become familiar and comfortable in the float environment
  • Minimum of three sessions in order to get a good idea of how Float Therapy can work for you



Monthly Float

(1 Float/ Month)

Floating once per month provides a foundation for your monthly self-care routine and can be a great way to give your body a much needed reset.

  • Recommended for those with little to no pain and an active lifestyle
  • Best choice for those that have a very busy schedule or are on a budget
  • Provides a periodic energy boost when you need it most
  • Revives the senses and is an opportunity for monthly reflection and goal setting



Bi-Monthly Float

(2 Floats/ Month)

Floating twice per month can give you an energy boost, keep you aligned, and strengthen the immune system by allowing you to catch up on rest.
