I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2015. Since then, I have mastered additional techniques to achieve results and help clients live a better quality of life. I am certified and experienced in Medical Massage, Kinesio Taping, and various stretching techniques. As a Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I utilize a holistic approach to wellness that involves understanding the root cause of your discomfort, pain, imbalance, and health goals. Every treatment or session is customized and individualized to your specific needs.

Since I can remember, striving to serve better through my profession has been a part of who I am. For more than 25 years, I navigated the seas of Just-in-Time Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. During the last few years, something made me rethink the course of my life, and awakened my desire to explore another sea.

This is how I came to graduate from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2023 as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I discovered a passion for assisting clients in soothing the body through multiple massage techniques. Improving quality of life for clients, and exceeding their expectations, drives me to learn additional techniques and skills through continuing education. With firm hands at the helm, I am ready to provide clients with the benefits of Therapeutic Massage.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I have been a massage therapist for 29 years. I attended the CORE Institute School of Massage Therapy in Tallahassee, FL. I have training and experience with TMJ dysfunction, postural distortion, post-surgical and medical massage as well as treatment of athletic injuries. My specialty is pain reduction.

I grew up in Georgia for nearly all my life. I also grew up knowing that showing hospitality is important. I joined In Touch Therapeutic in July 2022. Being on this team allows me to continue showing that hospitality to whoever walks in through our doors. I offer bilingual communications to our spanish- speaking clients to make them feel welcomed. I offer my patience and kindness to help our clients feel taken care of and heard. I love being able to help our clients set up their appointments whether it is to eliminate any discomfort or simply to be able to relax.
